SMT Imagine: RU Private Server - Easily the best SMT Imagine private server in my opinion (UPDATE: Now one of the only remaining ones, lol) Has options for languages other than Russian, so don't worry about that.
VGMusic - Another music site, but this one has midis.
Romhacking.net - The best website to get romhacks and translation patches from. Most rom sites that include romhacks use stuff from here.
